In general, all sales are considered final. All claims for manufactured defective item(s) returns only, Must be made WITHIN five (5) days from receipt of goods.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company.
Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA.
All dresses must be shipped back on the same hangers with original plastic bags, failure to do so may result of denial of exchange/return.
Copy of Invoice must be attached to any/all returns.
All return shipping fee will be paid by the buyer. No exchange , No returns. No exceptions.
Damaged or defective item returns only with Authorized Approval with store credit only. No refund.
